NPT Families

We know that when families are facing difficult times, support can make a big difference. We offer a safe space, listen to concerns, and work with families to build positive relationships and find wellbeing strategies. 

Who we work with

We work with families and their children (up to age 25). 

All support is discussed and agreed with the family to make sure we’re offering the right support at the right time.

Choosing the right support

Maintaining family relationships

This project supports with building stronger family relationships and improving communication. There’s also support for keeping children safe online.

Emotional wellbeing and coping with loss  

This project supports young people with their emotional development and coping skills. Support is available for bereavement, or situations where parents are absent, separated or in prison

Referrals can only be made via the Neath Port Talbot Single Point of Contact (SPOC).

Family Wellbeing Practitioner - My role is all about looking at improving the emotional health and wellbeing of young people and the families I work with

Administrator - I process all referrals into the three separate NPT services, maintain databases, and deal with all enquires that come via the telephone or email
