Why not try planning out your week, so you know what to expect and feel prepared and ready for the week ahead? Sometimes, when we have lots going on, we can easily become overwhelmed and panicky about achieving all we want to achieve in a week. When you break down the hours in the day and schedule your week, this can lessen the anxiety and help you avoid feeling overwhelmed.
You can use the space below however you like, but we suggest making sure you put time in for self-care because this is something we all often forget about! Self-care can be anything from having a bath, going for a walk, listening to your favourite song, or setting aside a bit of time to just relax and watch some Netflix. Self-care is whatever you do to look after yourself and feel comfortable.
