State of Mind is a Welsh Government funded project for young people aged 17-25 who are interested in helping themselves and others to develop everyday wellbeing strategies. It’s a safe place for young people to meet together, talk about mental health and learn new skills. The programme is led by young people and gives young people the opportunity to train as peer mentors to pass on their own learning and support to other young people in their own community. It’s relaxed, fun and a chance to meet others and make a difference to the future of young people’s wellbeing.
