Power Up is a young people’s wellbeing and social action project for those aged 10-25, living in Cardiff and The Vale of Glamorgan.
At Power Up we offer early wellbeing support to young people experiencing challenges with their mental health such as low mood, anxiety, relationships and self-esteem. This includes 1-1 coaching sessions, the delivery of State of Mind wellbeing programmes, regular social groups and free activities.
What we offer
- One-to-one sessions with wellbeing practitioners for anyone aged 10-25 in Cardiff and the Vale
- State of Mind wellbeing groups in schools and communities
- Additional activity groups, like blog writing and creative groups
- Free monthly activities at different venues
- Opportunities for young people to get involved with social change on local and national levels through consultation responses, interviews and surveys
